MatriarchMatch is completely free for women — from creating a profile to sending messages and accessing premium features.

For men, the free tier includes:

• Creating an account
• Building your profile (bio, photos, optional audio)
• Browsing members
• Expressing interest (likes, favorites, limited winks)

Some features—such as unlimited messaging, advanced search filters, enhanced visibility, and event/coaching access—require a paid membership for men. If you hit a limit, you’ll see a clear prompt explaining your options.

• Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage and choose Cancel auto-renewal.
• Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; you won’t be charged again.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email. Keep it for your records.

Important:

• If you purchased through an app store (Apple/Google), manage and cancel through that store’s subscriptions interface due to platform rules.
• Canceling auto-renewal does not delete your profile; you can keep using free features after expiry.

You have two options in Settings → Account:

• Suspend/Deactivate: temporarily hide your profile and pause notifications. You can come back later and reactivate.
• Delete Account (permanent): removes your profile, messages, media, and matches. This is irreversible.

Before deleting:

• Cancel any active subscription/auto-renewal first (see above).
• If you subscribed via an app store, cancel there to prevent further charges after deletion.

• Report & block suspicious accounts immediately—our team reviews reports promptly.
• Protect your data: do not share your address, financial info, or passwords. Enable device security (PIN/biometric).
